Louisa J. Palmer

Louisa J. Palmer is a retired director of Ernst & Young, where she specialized in foreign tax planning and other tax matters relating to the firm's international employees. She is a trustee and the treasurer of the Westover School. She is a former board member of the Onteora Club, where she also served four years as treasurer and two years as president. Ms. Palmer is a CPA and has a bachelor's degree in history from Harvard College and an MBA degree in taxation from Pace University.
