Thomas Harvey

Thomas Harvey spent much of his career in senior positions within the federal government, to include service as Deputy Administrator of the Veterans Administration, Assistant Secretary for Congressional Affairs of the Department of Veterans Affairs, staff director of a senate committee, and general counsel of a government agency. Prior to his government service, he was an attorney at the Wall Street law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. Mr. Harvey has BA and JD degrees from the University of Notre Dame and an LLM degree from New York University. After graduation from law school, he spent five years as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army.
