Mark Gibson

Mark Gibson is a program officer at the Fund. He is also the director of the Center for Evidence-based Policy in the School of Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University. He previously worked as chief of staff to the Oregon Senate president and as health policy advisor to the Oregon governor. He was also a founding member and co-chair of the Reforming States Group.
