Tara Strome is chief operating officer of the Fund and managing editor of The Milbank Quarterly. Prior to joining the Fund, she worked for the Oregon Senate and Multnomah County Department of Human Services. She holds a BA in sociology from Colby College and an MPA in health policy and management from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University.
