The Milbank State Leadership Network hosted a virtual convening on October 14 and 15, 2025, 12:00-1:30 pm ET, to discuss states plans for the new Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program. Attendance was limited to individuals working in state and local executive and legislative branches. Participants shared ideas across the program’s the five priority pillars of the notice of funding: Make Rural America Healthy Again, Workforce Development, Sustainable Access, Innovative Care, Tech Innovation.
