Milbank State Leadership Network Exclusive Briefing: Medicaid Reimbursement Strategies for Community Health Workers with IMPaCT Care

Just over half of states have implemented some form of Community Health Worker, Promoter, or Community Health Representative (CHW/P/CHR) coverage and payment policy. Join us on December 3, 2024, from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM ET, for a Milbank State Leadership Network briefing held in collaboration with IMPaCT Care. IMPaCT Care will highlight its toolkit, which includes model State Plan Amendment text, the rationale behind the model text, and principles for CHW/P/CHR reimbursement rates. State executives from New Mexico and South Dakota will provide insights on their own journeys to implement CHW/P/CHR payment policies.
