Eden Bezy, MPH, DrPH, is an Assistant Commissioner of the Women, Children, and Families Commission at the Indiana Department of Health. In this role, she oversees a broad portfolio of programs focused on improving the health and well-being of mothers, infants, children, adolescents, women, and families across Indiana. Her teams include WIC, Maternal and Child Health, Family Health Data and Fatality Prevention, Children’s Special Health Care Services, and the Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education. Eden brings a strategic lens to public health leadership, with a strong interest in systems change, cross-sector collaboration, and the policies that shape access to care. She is passionate about aligning data-driven decision-making with community-centered solutions to improve outcomes across the life course. Her work reflects a deep commitment to building responsive systems that support family resilience, strengthen service delivery, and promote long-term well-being.
