State Representative, Tennessee
Caleb Hemmer, MBA, is a Tennessee State Representative and experienced executive with a long history of service to Tennessee. A native Nashvillian, Caleb began his career as an aide to Governor Phil Bredesen and later served in the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. He played a key leadership role in the redevelopment of the Nashville Fairgrounds during his seven-year tenure on the Metro Board of Fair Commissioners. Caleb was also a founding team member of Silicon Ranch Corporation, a Nashville-based solar energy startup. Currently, he serves as an executive at Longevity Health Plans, working to expand access to high-quality health care for seniors in post-acute care facilities. With a background in both state government and health care innovation, Caleb brings a deep understanding of public-private partnerships and policy implementation. He holds a BBA from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Belmont University. Caleb lives in South Nashville with his wife, Lori, and their two children.
