Health Equity Manager, Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP)
Ms. Gruber role at the MDPCP includes leading the team strategy around health equity; managing technical assistance for Maryland primary care practices on social needs screening and referrals; leading a CDC-grant-funded project to identify disparities in clinical quality data; and other special projects. Prior to joining the MDPCP, she worked in health care technology and in community health internationally.
