The Milbank Memorial Fund is an endowed operating foundation that aims to improve population health and health equity by collaborating with leaders and decision makers and connecting them with experience and sound evidence. The Fund supports health policy leaders through small convenings, cross-state networks, and two annual state leadership programs, as well as evidence-based publications. Our programs focus on creating an affordable health care system built on strong primary care and partnerships that improve health outcomes for all. The Fund is the publisher of The Milbank Quarterly, an editorially independent, peer-reviewed journal of population health and health policy.
