Kyle Featherston, PhD, is a research program director at the Center for Healthcare Delivery Research and Innovations at Columbia University School of Nursing. Dr. Featherston has expertise in measurement, psychometrics, and data analysis. His work at HDRI focuses on the survey design, measurement, and statistical analysis of data related to the NP workforce, healthcare teams, community characteristics, and primary care delivery. His psychology research focused on the measurement of individual differences in memory and cognition among older adults. He received his BS in psychology from the College of William & Mary and his PhD in psychological and brain sciences from Washington University in St. Louis.
