Caitlin Otter joined Bailit Health as a consultant in 2024. Her work largely focuses on quality performance and facilitating cross-payer measure alignment. Prior to joining Bailit Health, she was a graduate student at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health studying health policy. During graduate school, she interned with The Menges Group, a health policy consulting firm in Washington, DC.
Caitlin also interned with the Long-Term Quality Alliance and the affiliated National MLTSS Health Plan Association. For these organizations, she worked on policy research projects and advocacy efforts to advance the availability, affordability, and access to high-quality managed long-term services and supports.
Prior to earning her Master of Public Health degree in health policy, Caitlin worked at AcademyHealth with the Evidence-Informed State Health Policy Institute (ESHPI) to increase the use of relevant, timely, and translatable evidence in state health policymaking. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bryn Mawr College and a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard University.
