Aparna Higgins is a Senior Policy Fellow at the Duke-Margolis Institute for Health Policy where she is engaged in research on a variety of topics focused on provider and medical product payment reform, healthcare transformation at state and federal levels and performance measurement. The main goals of her research are to advance better outcomes at lower cost through development of evidence-based policy solutions. She is also founder of Ananya Health and consults independently to public and private sector clients on health policy and transformation.
