Amy Kinner

Amy Kinner, MS, is the Senior Director of Health Analytics at Onpoint Health Data, leading the organization’s analytic services team and providing project leadership across client analytics, including recent studies on primary care spending, surprise billing, behavioral health, quality of care, and cost drivers. Ms. Kinner has 20 years’ experience in health policy, public health, epidemiology, and health analytics, including deep knowledge of claims and other health data sources. She previously worked at the University of New England’s Center for Health Policy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She holds an MS from the School of Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in chemistry from Middlebury College.
