Join us for a Milbank Quarterly webinar on Monday June 29th from 12:00 – 1:00 ET with Jennifer Karas Montez, PhD, and Iliya Gutin, PhD, of Syracuse University, creators of the State Policies and Politics Database (SPPD) State Policy Index, a tool for investigating the links between state-level policies and mortality trends. Karas Montez and Gutin will discuss the tool and its application to trends in population mental health.
Alan B. Cohen, ScD, Editor of The Milbank Quarterly, will moderate the discussion with the authors, and Scott Burris, JD, of Temple University, who will cover the uses of state-level indices in population health research.
