Ashley DeGarmo is a health policy consultant with experience in alternative payment model development, strategic advisory, and expertise in behavioral health care. As Vice President of Client Services for Third Horizon Strategies, Ashley oversees client engagements and manages operations across several areas of the firm.
Ashley’s career started in health benefits, where she consulted for very large employers on health benefit strategies, including accountable care organization development. With a passion for behavioral health care delivery and system change, Ashley earned a master’s degree in social service administration and a health policy and administration certificate from the University of Chicago. She is a licensed social worker in the state of Illinois. Her direct practice experiences in clinical settings inform and guide her work as a consultant.
