Kanneganti Deepti

Deepti Kanneganti, MPP, is Deputy Director of Strategy at MassHealth, Massachusetts’ Medicaid program serving nearly two million residents. At MassHealth, Deepti leads high-priority, cross-functional initiatives spanning Medicaid financing, payment innovation, and health system sustainability, working closely with senior agency leadership. 

Prior to MassHealth, Deepti spent nearly a decade at Bailit Health, a health policy consulting firm, where she worked across state Medicaid agencies on cost growth targets, value-based payment design, hospital global budgets, and health equity measure development. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she focused on the intersection of race and the social safety net, and a Bachelor of Science from Brandeis University. She lives outside of Boston and enjoys crafting and spending time outdoors with her family.
