State Representative, Alabama
Representative Jeremy Gray serves as the Alabama State Representative for House District 83 and is the Minority Whip of the Alabama House Democratic Caucus. He also serves on the Alabama Statewide Health Coordinating Council (SHCC), helping shape statewide health planning and policy. A former professional athlete, entrepreneur, and yoga instructor, Jeremy is recognized for advancing innovative public policy at the intersection of health, education, and economic opportunity. He has championed legislation expanding access to preventive health care, improving student wellness, strengthening workforce development, and supporting youth through education and athletics. Jeremy also founded The Curtis House, a nonprofit focused on community development, mentorship, and health equity. His collaborative approach has earned national recognition, including the American Cancer Society’s Legislative Champion Award. He is committed to developing evidence-based policies that improve health outcomes and expand opportunities for communities across Alabama.
