Representative Healy is currently serving her second term in the South Dakota State House. She serves as a Minority Whip, sits on the House Health and Human Services, Education, and Legislative Rules Committees, has been a member of two mental health taskforce committees, and is a commissioner for the Midwest Higher Education Compact. She focuses on legislation that will improve conditions in South Dakota for families and children and is especially interested in work surrounding early education, women’s healthcare, and child advocacy.
