David Chorney is the Director of Financial Sustainability and Policy for the New Hampshire Governor’s Office of New Opportunities and Rural Transformational Health, where he helps design and execute strategies that strengthen rural providers, modernize care delivery, and support long-term system sustainability. He previously served as the state’s Deputy Medicaid Director, bringing deep experience in Medicaid policy, financing, and operations. David is a lawyer by training and has advised on complex health care regulatory, contracting, and transactional matters both in the Office of General Counsel for an academic health system and in private practice as a health care regulatory and transactions attorney.
