On February 12, the Milbank Memorial Fund and The Physicians Foundation released a Health of US Primary Care report on the role of primary care in the prevention and management of chronic disease, and an updated Primary Care Scorecard data dashboard showing national and state performance on measures of primary care access/workforce, financing, training, and research.
