The Milbank Memorial Fund is a private foundation that works to improve population health and health equity.
Victoria Winogora, PhD, NP-C, is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Research. Her research focuses on end-of-life care, palliative care, and health disparities and draws on her experience as a nurse practitioner in geriatrics and palliative medicine. She recently defended her dissertation, “Health Disparities in Hospice Care for Nursing Home Residents with Dementia,” as a T32 predoctoral trainee at Columbia University. She holds an MSN from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in nursing from Columbia University.
