The Milbank Memorial Fund is a private foundation that works to improve population health and health equity.
Sofia Espinosa (she/her/hers) is the program associate at the Milbank Memorial Fund. She works alongside the National Director for Population Health and Health Equity Leadership to facilitate the Emerging Leaders Program and the Milbank Fellows Program, as well as the Milbank State Leadership Network. Sofia was drawn to the Milbank Memorial Fund by her interest in state-level health policy and past program experience. She has previously worked on the program teams at the New York Health Foundation and the John A. Hartford Foundation. She recently graduated from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health with a Master of Public Health in health policy analysis.
