The Milbank Memorial Fund is a private foundation that works to improve population health and health equity.
Sean Clarke, PhD, RN, FAAN, is dean and professor at Emory University’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing and the former executive vice dean of New York University’s Rory Meyers College of Nursing. He is an internationally respected nursing leader and researcher whose work on the nursing workforce, patient safety, and health policy has helped shape national conversations and policy. He is currently the editor in chief of Nursing Outlook, the official journal of the American Academy of Nursing. He holds a MSc(A) and PhD in nursing from McGill University and completed a post-master’s certificate as an adult critical care nurse practitioner at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.
