Jane M. Zhu, MD, MPP, MSHP, is a practicing primary care physician and associate professor of medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Zhu is a health services researcher whose work examines health care access and quality, with a particular focus on mental and behavioral health services and the effects of provider incentives and organizational structure on care delivery.
