Hayden Rooke-Ley, JD, is an assistant professor at the Brown University School of Public Health and the associate director of the Center for Advancing Health Policy Through Research’s Health Law & Policy Lab. His research focuses on health care financing and consolidation, and their relevant bodies of law (e.g., antitrust, ERISA, Medicaid, and Medicare law). Hayden has published in law review and health policy journals, including New England Journal of Medicine and JAMA, and his work has been covered by outlets including The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Axios. He advises state and federal legislators, regulators, and enforcement agencies.
