Franz Fuchs, deputy director of the Wyoming Department of Health, has been doing policy work for the Wyoming Department of Health since 2013. Before that, he was a shipdriver for the United States Navy. Franz completed his undergrad in international relations in 2005, and a public policy masters in 2013.
