David DiGiuseppe has over 20 years of experience working in Medicaid managed care, spanning operational and financial responsibilities including behavioral health integration, population health model development, premium rate setting, risk adjustment, quality measurement, and value-based contracting. Prior to that, David worked in health services research, supporting principal investigators conducting outcomes research via problem definition, statistical modeling and manuscript preparation.
