The Milbank Memorial Fund is a private foundation that works to improve population health and health equity.
Daniel Porreca is executive director of HEALTHeLINK, the health information exchange, and HEALTHeNET, the administrative data exchange for Western New York (WNY). Mr. Porreca has been leading HEALTHeLINK since 2007. He serves on the governing board of the Buffalo Translational Consortium that oversees the Clinical and Translational Science Institutes (CTSI). Mr. Porreca also serves on the New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) Business and Operations Council that manages the Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY), serves as an advisor to the Stella Technology board of directors, and previously served on the board and as board chair for the Strategic Health Information Exchange Collaborative (SHIEC) and on the board of directors for the New York eHealth Collaborative.
