The Milbank Memorial Fund is a private foundation that works to improve population health and health equity.
Bethany A. Croke, DNP, FNP-BC, is an assistant professor of the practice and the program director of the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at the Boston College Connell School of Nursing. Her research and clinical work focus on community health, NP transition to practice, the primary care NP workforce, and the retention of that workforce. This work is informed by more than a decade of clinical practice serving vulnerable populations at community health centers in the Boston area. Prior to her time at Boston College, she designed and led the Advanced Practice Provider Family Medicine Fellowship Program didactic curriculum and evaluation processes at NeighborHealth (formerly the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center). She holds a BA from Boston University and an MS and DNP from Boston College.
