State Representative, New Hampshire
New Hampshire Representative Trinidad Tellez, MD, is a family physician, community-based participatory researcher, educator, and public health/health policy professional. She has over 20 years’ experience operationalizing equity to improve access and quality and advance health and well-being for all. Trinidad served in the executive branch of state government as Director of the Office of Health Equity at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services from 2010 to 2020. In November of 2022, “Dr. Trini” was elected to legislative service; she is now serving her second term in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing five wards in Manchester (Hillsborough District 40). She serves on the Health, Human Services and Elderly Affairs Committee.
