Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Kathleen S. Andersen is vice president and chief operating officer of the Fund. Before joining the Fund in 1990 as a program officer, Ms. Andersen was associate director of the Center for Assessing Health Services at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a member of the staff of the vice president for health sciences. Prior to that she served in state government in Louisiana and worked in planning, research, and evaluation for the Board of Regents and as a caseworker for the Division of Family Services. She earned a BA degree in philosophy from Louisiana State University and an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
