The Milbank Memorial Fund is an endowed operating foundation that publishes The Milbank Quarterly, commissions projects, and convenes state health policy decision makers on issues they identify as important to population health.
Program Assistant
Cindy Chen is the Milbank Memorial Fund’s program assistant. Prior to joining the Fund, she was the program assistant at the J.C. Flowers Foundation, where she focused on grants and data management and assisted with programming. She has also served as executive coordinator at Philanthropy New York. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in finance, from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
